It’s finally August (my birthday month!) and I’m keeping my tones cool and my shoulders bare in easy-to-put-together outfits.
This skirt was a must have at my new favorite thrift store in my hometown, so buying it was a no-brainer. But once I got home I couldn’t quite figure out what top would best compliment the beautiful details of this vintage paisley pattern. With mixes of blue against a cream background, white was out of the running. I don’t normally like to pair colors together unless it’s an exact match…but this chambray top fit the bill with flowy, off-the-shoulder sleeves that matched the femininity of the paisley skirt.
The top is a TJ Maxx find for around $10.99 and the skirt is from Value Village Thrift Store for a couple bucks. The label says G.A.S Co. I topped the look off with gold chunky earrings I snagged at H&M for $3, and an H&M choker with a lace up front. My shoes are Farylrobin stolen from my big sister (thanks sis).
